BOOKING POLICY

  • DEPOSITS:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the total service cost.

  • PAYMENTS:

The remaining balance can be paid via Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Cash App or Credit/Debit card. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

  • BOOKINGS:

All clients must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. Please do not book an appointment for someone else unless you are an adult booking for a minor. Full name, email address, and phone number are required to confirm your appointment. Incomplete information will result in a lack of confirmation.

  • TARDINESS:

Each client is allowed a 5-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and recorded as a no-show.

  • CANCELLATIONS:

To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of 60% of the remaining service cost. If payment cannot be collected, you will be banned from future bookings.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO:

Clients are encouraged to monitor weather forecasts and plan their appointments accordingly. If severe weather is predicted, it is wise to consider rescheduling in advance to avoid any potential issues.

Our salon generally prioritizes the safety of our clients. If severe weather conditions (such as snowstorms, heavy rain, or ice) make travel unsafe, clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments.

Clients should reach out to the salon as soon as they anticipate that weather conditions will prevent them from attending their appointment. Early communication allows the salon to accommodate rescheduling without penalties.

If a client needs to cancel an appointment due to illness, it is advisable to inform the salon as soon as possible. While the standard cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice to avoid fees, we as your hairstylists are understanding of health-related cancellations, especially if the client is contagious.

Please refrain from bringing additional guests unless they are receiving services.

All holiday, squeeze-in, or after-hours appointments will incur an additional fee of $30.
